Keya Offices & Suites is a small Indian-owned business offering extended-stay suites and office space to rent in Eagle Butte, SD. We've rented housing and office space to professionals in the area since 2017. We are committed to making your visit to the Cheyenne River Indian Reservation memorable and comfortable!
OUR UNITS
We have 7 extended-stay apartment suites and 2 homes that are fully furnished with all the amenities you'd expect in your own home.
3 - Studio Suites:
Features queen-size beds, bathroom, and a full kitchen/dining area.
3 - Two Bedroom Suites:
Features large private bedrooms with queen-size beds, a bathroom, a full kitchen/dining area, and a living room.

2 - Three Bedroom Homes
Features one master bedroom with private bath, and two spare bedrooms with shared bath (one queen-size bed and one twin bed), and comfortable kitchen/dining.

1 - Three Bedroom Apartment NEW in 2023!
Features three bedrooms (one queen-size bed and two twin over full bunk beds), one full and one half bath, and a huge open-concept living room, kitchen, and dining area. Perfect for a crowd!

High-speed fiberoptic internet is available to guests.

A local fitness center is just 3 blocks away.
Housekeeping
Cleaning services are offered on a weekly basis.
Laundry
Guests have access to on-site washers and dryers.
Amenities

Additional amenities, such as a blender, crock pot, and baby items are available upon request.

All suites offer large smart tv's with Dish Network.
OUR RATES
Rates vary depending on unit size and length of stay. Discounts are available for longer stays. Government rates are honored for studio units. Keya, LLC has a DUNS number and SAM account for government contracts.

People travel across the US for deer, antelope, prairie dog, coyote, pheasant, and grouse hunting in the area.

Pack a swimming bag and stay cool at one of the small river beaches in the area.
